Saylor’s, Inc., founded in 1956 and headquartered in Ottawa Lake, Michigan with an additional office in Detroit, is a family-owned and operated contractor specializing in high-quality plastering, fireproofing, and finishing systems. What began as a small regional plastering company has evolved into a leading provider of complete wall, ceiling, and fire-protection solutions serving Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and beyond.
The company’s expertise spans all plastering and fireproofing applications including exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), stucco, plaster, fireproofing (including intumescent), acoustic and specialty plaster ceilings and period sensitive plastering restoration. Saylor’s is a member affiliate of the STO Panel network in the Midwest, with their Ottawa Lake production facility encompassing over 50,000 square feet of plant space. Their philosophy of “doing it right the first time” has produced both timely and high-quality projects, reinforcing the company’s long-standing reputation for excellence.
