Our employees have also grown in skills and trades over the years. Saylor’s now includes a fireproofing department in Plymouth, MI, where all are well-versed in UL requirements for all manufacturers’ low, medium and high density materials and intumescent coatings. At our plastering department in Ottawa Lake, MI, our plasterers are committed to providing high quality on-time installations of EIFS, direct-applied finish systems, BASWA Phon and other acoustical plaster applications. Our experience also includes Venetian and other specialty plaster applications. Additionally, Saylor’s is one of the largest lightweight EIFS panel manufacturers in the Midwest, with over 50,000 square feet of plant space.

Our philosophy of “doing it right the first time” has produced both timely and quality projects.
